1. Frame
The Jolly Dolly features a super-strong welded steel frame with unique curved ribs that cradle inflatables. The handles feature heavy rubber grips with finger bumps to give you excellent control and maneuverability. It has a durable powder-coated finish that resists chipping, scratching, and rusting.
2. Wheels, Tires and Bearings
The Jolly Dolly HD features extra wide 6 ply pneumatic tires mounted on a massive axle with 1″ solid spindles and heavy duty high speed roller bearings that are sealed and grease packed. 5. Choice of Frame Heights
The Jolly Dolly HD comes in 64″ and 72″ heights. The taller dolly is recommended when using it with the wagon because it will have extra room for accessories and taller inflatables. The shorter version has the best balance point when used as a hand truck, so it is recommended if you’re not going to be using the wagon. However, either version is available with or without the wagon, and it’s often a matter of personal preference.
6. Construction
The Jolly Dolly is proudly hand-made made in the USA by experienced fabricators using quality materials. It has a quarter-inch-thick load plate, 14 gauge frame rails, and cross bars and structural components made from schedule 40 steel pipe and 3/16” steel flat bar. The dolly is mig-welded in a precision jig to insure consistency and accuracy. It is then sand blasted and powder coated to provide a durable, long-lasting finish that resists scratches and corrosion.
