We offer two printing methods — screen printing and DFT (Direct Film Transfer) — and we’ll tell you which one makes sense for your order before you commit. Choosing the right printing method is the single biggest factor in how your shirts turn out — and how much they cost. Here’s how the two methods work and when to use each.

We stock a wide range of t-shirt styles and brands, from everyday cotton tees to performance blends and moisture-wicking styles for athletic wear. If you have a specific garment in mind, we can source it. We print in youth, adult, and extended sizes.
If you already have a design, we prefer vector files: .ai, .eps, or .cdr. High-resolution raster files (.psd, .png, .jpeg at 300 dpi or higher) are also accepted.
If you don’t have a finished design, our in-house graphic designers can build it. Bring us a rough idea, a sketch, or a concept and we’ll develop artwork that’s ready for screen printing or DFT. There’s no need to go anywhere else.
Every custom t-shirt printing job at Mallory Print is produced by our own team, on our own equipment, in our facility in Joshua, TX — just south of Burleson and about 30 minutes from Fort Worth. No outsourcing. No middlemen. The people who take your order are the people running your job.

Our minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces. Volume discounts begin at 24 pieces and above — that’s where pricing per shirt drops most significantly. For quantities under 12, we offer DFT (Direct Film Transfer) with no minimum requirement.
Yes. You can mix sizes — S through 3XL or whatever your range is — and they all count toward your 12-piece minimum. If your total hits 24+, volume pricing applies across the full order. Just provide a size breakdown when you request your quote.

We don’t offer DTG. Our two methods are screen printing and DFT (Direct Film Transfer). Screen printing is the stronger option for orders of 12 or more, with volume pricing that gets significantly better at 24+. DFT is our versatile alternative for small runs and complex artwork.
Yes. Send us your file in .ai, .eps, .cdr, or a high-resolution raster format and we’ll prepare it for print. If adjustments are needed for production, our design team will handle them.
